Spritual Telepathy/ The spirtual connection of all personal beings

Have you ever thought about somebody you haven’t seen in a long time, and then they call you? Or you see them on the street out of the blue?

I have been thinking that maybe we might have an underdeveloped spiritual connection with each other which grows stronger the more we get involved with people. Or rather, we can develop what you might describe as a natural telepathic link to are spiritual neighbors. Perhaps humanity as a whole, is in fact one living organism just as much as we are individual beings. So there may be an evolutionary aspect to this.

Please don’t get spooked out about this thread. I’m not a wack job or a quack. Its just a fun bit of speculation thats all. Anyone wish to add any comments?

Well, we are all God’s children, and in that sense spiritually connected. I don’t think we can “develop” this connection any more than it is because we are spritually illiterate (so to speak).

But yes, I’ve noticed a lot that when I’m thinking of someone, I either see them somewhere, hear from them by phone or email, or see their name often at work (I deal with a lot of names and addresses) afterwards.

I don’t think it’s scary, and I do think there’s some sort of connection, but I’m not exactly sure what it is or if I’ll ever find out until I pass from this earth.

Interesting question, though.

I personally wouldn’t think it possible because it is man’s nature to acquire information through the senses, and there are no other natural means that we are aware of for acquiring knowledge. I wouldn’t entirely rule out the very possibility, its just that it doesn’t seem possible.

Yes that is very common.

There are many people who have a spiritual gift of some kind. But most people will never say anything about having a spiritual gift. You might ask around a bit, at various times. You can probably find someone who will demonstrate something supernatural.

You might search for videos by Russel Targ. He can reveal a method of remote viewing that he developed for our government. He was funded by the Central Intellegence Agency for 23 years, after he made his case for the effectiveness of remote viewing before the Congress.

Technically, Jesus taught the disciples to perform miracles, and he expected that they would teach others to do the same. So, something has gone amiss…

I have been fortunate in having had two telepathic experiences. One with my wife. The other with the Godhead or, if you will, heaven.

There is no spiritual link between us and our neighbors.

The initiator of telepathy directs the connection to the recipient. It appears that the recipient has no choice but to accept the intrusion. This is an emotionally generated power and produces both pleasure and pain, in the mental sense.

I believe that this is why God uses it sparingly.

I find it interesting that many of the old prophets were in the spirit, in telepathic contact when revelation came. Much of scripture is said to come from this condition.

The old prophets were venerated and wrote scripture. New prophets are accused of delusion. Oh well.

I was a non believer when, -saved-, none are ever lost to God.

I got what I was seeking when it happened and am glad of it but went from what I call fame to fool on that day. I became what I had fought for many years. A believer.

Hence the moniker.

God has one great master plan and guides all creation with his loving directing. Man has some influence in what happens in his life, yes, but I don’t know about the grand telepathy part you mention being involved. There are certain people with telepathic gifts, yes, and sometimes I dream about something that comes up in a special way the next day, but I think it is just God reminding me that there’s a divine plan and it is all much bigger than me and my own little world.

One time I went to Europe backpacking for a summer. I knew of three different parties of people who would be traveling to Europe that summer too. My cousins, my brother’s brother in-laws, and a fellow student. I didn’t know when they’d be in these countries or anything, just that they were going to Europe. Can you believe I bumped into ALL THREE PARTIES OF PEOPLE!!! MIRACULOUS IF YOU ASK ME! I took that as a gift from God telling me how anything is possible with him and showing me he has a big plan that I can not imagine in my wildest dreams. I knew I lived in a small world after that!!!

And I knew that their was a God! Something I had always believed, but this gave me some sort of added proof. I don’t think telepathy was involved, just God at work in my life.
