Been curious about this question for a bit. My mom died last year on St Joseph’s day. I remember her saying in her final hours she saw a man and woman who were really nice to her. I wonder was this a sigh from heaven? Or was she dreaming or something?. Strangely enough St Joseph is the Saint for a happy death and that was her last day alive 😦

We can’t say for sure, only your mom and heaven know. But it does sound like a St Joseph thing to do. Why don’t you pray to St Joseph and ask him to intercede for your mother. If there’s a shrine near you plan to visit it after the restrictions lift or do so via the internet and thank him. Perhaps you can even light a virtual candle.

I’m so sorry for your loss, that must be difficult and close to your mind now in these trying times. God bless you

If she saw pleasant things leading up to her death then St. Joseph was probably interceding on her behalf. It’s not uncommon for dying people to see other people, maybe they are deceased relatives or ancestors, maybe other messengers from heaven, only the person who saw them could say for sure.
