No doubt there will be a debate about whether “her Spouse” should be used vs “Spouse of the same Virgin” which John XIII chose to use.
I don’t think so, because that wording (sed et beati Ioseph, eiusdem Virginis Sponsi,) appears only in the original Latin text of EP1. The Latin text as amended by Pope Francis does not use the same wording:

II: “ut cum beáta Dei Genetríce Vírgine María, beáto Ioseph, eius Sponso, beátis Apóstolis”
III: “cum beatissíma Vírgine, Dei Genetríce, María, cum beáto Ioseph, eius Sponso, cum beátis Apóstolis”
IV: “cum beáta Vírgine, Dei Genetríce, María, cum beáto Ioseph, eius Sponso, cum Apóstolis”
