I found this site about a women’s Orthodox monastery in Safford, AZ.

They have 19 nuns and a school of 70 girls!

They also have a bookstore with spiritual texts they have published.

From time to time I hear songs sung by the nuns on Ancient Faith Radio. They have a nice group. Their cd’s are for sale on the website as well.
