standing or kneeling after Agnus Dei?

Can I kneel after the Agnus Dei in an archdiocese where the archbishop has said to stand?

General Instruction of the Roman Missal:

1. …The faithful kneel after the Agnus Dei unless the diocesan Bishop determines otherwise.

The authority to determine posture at certain parts of Mass is granted to the local Bishop. Making the norm to stand after the Agnus Dei is explicitly within his authority and should be followed unless the individual has some sort of physical limitation.

Would you kneel during the Gospel while everyone else is standing?
