Start the 15 St Bridget Prayers Jan 1

I am going to start the 15 St Bridget prayers on January 1. They are said to honour Christ’s wounds and are found in the Pieta book of prayers, or on this website: marypages.com/BrigittaEnglish.htm

You say them for a whole year, and Jesus made promises to whoever would recite them for the year. If you have never said them before, try them! I have done them once before, but want to do it again, and Jan 1 is a good day to start, since it’s easy to remember when the year is up!

Anyone else want to join in?

In other words, the prayers are fine; just ignore the alleged promises.

I read that too, but the Pieta book still publishes the promises. At any rate, the prayers are very pious and unite you to Jesus in a special way.
