Stations of the Cross at home?

I am living in an apartment and getting ready to put up all 14 stations around my living and bedroom. I printed out some nice color pictures of the Stations - their size is about 4x6.

I want to have this devotion and I find it more easier for me to focus on the Stations when I actually walk around and look at the pictures.

Do you have the stations at your house?

I was thinking about this too. The idea of printing out pictures never occurred to me…of course, I had the big idea of full blown wood carvings…big idea, but not big enough pockets.

Looking forward to hearing others respond.
 
A wonderful idea!
I know some people with gardens have the stations in them…just small wooden crosses with the number of the station imbedded into the centre of the cross.

I’ve thought of the same idea, too. Now, where will I put them, I don’t know… my room isn’t exactly a nice 10x12 room with 4 straight walls. (more like a 25x20 on the farthest dormers, but 6x8 in the “interior” where the rooves don’t slope).

Maybe I should tell my little sister that I want my old room back. :whistle:

You don’t need to arrange the 14 Stations as same as the way it is displayed at the church. Be creative and arrange them in any way you like, it could be on the same wall in your room, and place them on 2 rows. something like this:

This is a lovely idea. I know that many people will put them up during Lent. You can also just have the pictures and go through them as you pray without actually hanging them on the walls.
