Stewardship References

The Catechism barely mentions stewardship, but I think a lot of us hear about stewardship in our parishes and that usually translates simply to giving money.

But, I think stewardship refers more broadly to responsible Christian use of the big three, time, talent, treasure.

Any good books or articles out there about stewardship, personal and parish stewardship?

Bishop Nicholas Samra of the Melkite Greek Catholics has developed a wonderful seminar for the parrish that he gives on stewardship.
