That’s great, I figured Fr Heilman would be right in the middle of that. Previously he had a Rosary Procession there demonstrating when the Dane County exec was trying to limit them to 50 people in a church that holds 1000.

They should go have another procession now post-wreckage (as this one was from 2 weeks back, the “Forward” statue was still standing). I think Madison needs all the help it can get.

BRILLIANT! Who would have thought that Madison would rise to the occasion. Where are the other priests and bishops? This is exactly what is needed at this moment in time. CHRIST, THE CHURCH, LEADERSHIP.

Madison is actually the home diocese of Fr. Z and Fr. Heilman, both of whom are strong traditionalists with huge online followings. Fr. Z has his blog and Fr. Heilman runs the very large US Grace Force prayer group and the Roman Catholic Man website. The former and current bishops also support traditional practice. It’s not your average US diocese.
In fact, some think all this rot happened there because Satan is particularly upset by their prayers and holy doings.

Good to know, and good news indeed. I recall Madison from the days of Mayday parades and the Ho Chi Minh trail. (one of the streets was named that - sort of)
