I try to obey the law very much. Soon Ill be driving a car so I must follow the rules, especially speed limits. Many drivers in Poland are driving too fast. I dont want to.
But my problem is that I must follow every single rule. Its hard while riding a bicycle in a town.
I dont get why people break the rules. My perfectionism is way too high. It prevents me from living as I get uncomfortable thoughts when somebody doesnt want to follow something. Is this attitude good or not?

I think you have been advised multiple times to not frequent these forums to avoid flaring up your scrupulosity.

The first thing to understand is that you probably aren’t going to learn every rule and forever follow every rule.

Remember, they give drivers’ licenses to people who make a “C” on the test as well as those that make an “A”.

Maybe its best to shoot to be a “B” driver.

Yes. OP, you need to get off the forums and seek the help of a priest and a mental health provider. Your history suggests that what you call “perfectionism” is actually severe scrupulosity. It’s a mental illness. You need help dealing with it.

Here’s an idea. Talk with a licensed therapist and tell them exactly what you told us.
