When I graduated from college, I started a job that I thought was a good fit for me. I quickly realized it was not and began praying that God would lead me to a better company in a job that I loved. After a year of suffering with this company and the poor treatment, I finally resigned.

It’s now been a year since I quit, and I still cannot find a career. I have a few part time jobs, and I have had issues with them, as well (not being paid, bad treatment, etc.). I know God is with me because he keeps speaking with me during my daily readings telling me to remain patient. I’ve been going through the story of Paul and learning about his life being patient and faithful.

Of course finances are tight, but God has provided funds when I needed them most.

I know I need to continue to be patient and trust in His timing, but the more time passes, the more I struggle. He does his best work when we are forced to rely fully on Him. But does anyone have advice or words of encouragement on how to remain strong? I see everyone succeeding in their careers and I can’t seem to get mine started.

What’s your career field?
Can you contact your old college counseling center for professional advice or assistance with placement?
Have you identified your strengths and weaknesses?
Some folks careers get off to a bumpier start than others.
Try to get a mentor, or at least advice from someone in your profession for guidance.

I will :pray:t2::pray:t2::pray:t2: For you
