When having a bowl of cereal, do you put the sugar (or sweetener) on the cereal then pour on the milk, or do you pour on the milk and then put on the sugar (or sweetener)?
I only get so much sugar, or I gain weight. I save it for pastries or dessert. Cereal is fine without it… although I do like dried cranberries, or raisins, or dried cherries. I don’t care when they go on.
