Catholic.net has a daily meditation section that I visit daily. It is very good 👍 in my eyes, it helps me understand the Gospel a bit better.

I use Mobile Gabriel (mobilegabriel.com/) on my palmOne Treo 600. It allows me to carry the daily Mass readings, and teachings, with me wherever I go.
