Food is good, even if it’s not meal-time. (after a 9am Mass, you don’t really need food).
I would say the duration matters more than a frequency. A 15-30 minute check in every week is very reasonable while a 2 hour budget meeting once a month even may be ounerous.

Some people would find such a schedule very convenient while others would find it impossible. You can never please everyone.
