Sunday Papal Mass alert

I called the good folks at EWTN to ascertain whether or not they would be broadcasting this Sunday’s Papal Mass (including the infant baptisms). DirecTV did’n’t have it posted on its guide.

EWTN will carry the Mass at 4AM (EST) live from Rome, with rebroadcasts at Noon (EST) and Midnight (EST). For those of us in Texas, that means 3AM, 11AM and 11PM.

The Holy Father will be celebrating Mass at the Sistene Chapel using the original altar. This means that he will be celebrating Ad Orientum.
