Do I need to translate that as

Has the Exaltation of the Cross been transferred from Wednesday to Sunday ?

Which feast do you think it is? As 1ke says Sunday is always a feast day.

Certain Holy Day of Obligation are celebrated on Sundays to make it possible for more people to actually celebrate them. We should not only attend Mass on a HDO, but also treat them as Sundays in the sense that we take them as a day of rest also.

The Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross (which is actually Sept. 14) is not a HDO in the United States (or anywhere that I know of). Your priest may mention it on Sunday, but the readings, etc will be those for Sunday, not for the feast day.

update…I looked it up …It is not a feast day.
No, the other answers are right: Sunday is always a feast day. It just so happens that this one is a feast day by virtue of its being a Sunday, rather than by virtue of its being September 18th.
