This is a win for pro-life. The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a plea to lift an injunction (based on RICO) already in force. The National Organization for Woman filed this in 1994. N.O.W. has been dragging their RICO charges against pro-lifers through court after court, trying to bleed them dry.

Here is what the N.O.W. website has to say about the court agreeing to take the case:

"Of course they want to have the injunction lifted," Gandy said. "They want to return to the days of using physical assault to terrorize patients and providers as a way to shut down these clinics. But even if they win, they won’t be able to do that–if they return to the violence we will pursue them under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act."
