Supreme Court Will Decide on Hearing Partial-Birth Abortion Case Soon

LifeNews.com) – **The Supreme Court on Friday is expected to decide whether or not it will review a federal appeals court ruling striking down the national ban on partial-birth abortions. The announcement of the decision could come as early as tomorrow or Monday.
Congress approved a national partial-birth abortion ban in 2003 and President Bush signed it into law. Immediately thereafter, pro-abortion groups and abortion practitioners filed three separate lawsuits seeking to overturn the ban.
