Hi all. I am having a surgery tomorrow, Monday July 2nd, at 7:30 am EST. I would really appreciate prayers that it all goes smoothly and I make a fully easy recovery. Especially pray that the actual surgery goes well, but also that everything is ok with the pain medication, which I am nervous about, and that there are no complications. Also pray I am not anxious.

Thank you! !

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world. x10

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Remember,
O most gracious Virgin Mary that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, Implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly to you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother.
To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in Thy mercy hear and answer me, Amen

Prayed for a successful surgery and quick, total recovery with no complications whatsoever, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Said a quick Hail Mary for your surgery just now.

Also this Prayer Before Surgery from Catholic.org
Loving Father, we entrust the OP to your care this day; guide with wisdom and skill the minds and hands of the medical people who minister in your Name, and grant that every cause of illness be removed, the OP may be restored to soundness of health and learn to live in more perfect harmony with you and with those around them. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Into your hands, we commend the OP’s body and my soul. Amen.

Dear Jesus, in Your name I humbly pray that everything goes well with the OP’s surgery and recovery and that the pain medication will work properly. Thank you in advance. Amen.

Blessed Mother, St. Joseph, St. Luke, St. Raphael and St. Padre Pio, please pray for this intention. Amen.

Thank you brothers and sisters! The surgery was a success. Now my prayer intentions are focused on recovering without any complications, and also not to need the pain meds too long, since I have a fear of addiction. I know with God’s help it will be ok.

Thank you 🙏

Thank you for all your prayers. I’m slowly healing. I really need prayers about the meds because I hate addiction of any sort. And of course for the pain to subside and recover. God bles you.

In Jesus’ Name I pray for your continued recovery and freedom from addiction and freedom from pain.

Adding to my next set of Rosary intentions. God bless
