Is it okay to have surgery if you have a serious breast deformity?

Corrective cosmetic surgery is morally licit when something is far from the norm, in my opinion. Recreational surgery in a quest for perfection or the ideal might not be.

If you were at the point of being obsessed with plastic surgery, that would be one thing.
