Symbolic communion.
Eucharist bread and wine or grape juice

Be healed in Jesus name !
But no healing is symbolic.

Jesus said" this bread is my body."
Jesus said “thus wine is my blood”

It would seem that like most miracles if nothing happened or nothing changed that
It is actually symbolic.
Be healed but not healed? It must be speaking a blessing over someone or some thing.
Like “holy water” it is still water.but blessed

Healing is not just physical. Christ primarily brings us spiritual healing from the effects of sin, and physical secondarily.
 
The Eucharist is a font of graces. No way that’s merely symbolic.

No doubt, it holds much symbolic meaning. But the real facts is what matters. Indeed, something wonderful happens.
