Why oh why will people attempt to argue the issue of tattoos. Never mind the church and it opinion of tattoo. I could go on and on about the subject.
Leviticus 19-26 to 28
arhuement over to all christians who say a tattoo is OK

If you’re going to use Leviticus to argue against tattoos, then you must also not eat pork or mix fabrics in your clothing.

…You must also convert to Judaism…

How about the fulfillment to Mosaic law?

Yes, why “deform” the creation of the Body by our Holy God.
These people should be nourished by “the Word of God” rather than staining themselves with tatoos. (That’s my view. The currentt Culture has moved mankind away from God!, sad but ture)

Tattoos are as ancient as mankind and in order for the Israelites to back their claim that the were"chosen" , and “a people set apart” they had to stay away from pagan cultic activities and culture. .Piercings and tattoos &ritual cuttings were common to the area but forbidden to Israelites because of their pagan association and also because your body is not your own but God’s. Since it was created"good" and in the image and likeness of God their was no reason to “improve” it:) 🙂
