Teaching talks on annulments

I am looking for a good teaching talk that I could give to a friend explaining annulments and their importance. It’s a mixed faith marriage that they are in so it would be good to have one that would help the non-Catholic understand.
Anyone know of any? Are there any websites I can go to to download one?

The best resource is a book entitled Annulment: The Wedding That Was by Michael Smith Foster. I suggest you give this to them as a gift. I don’t know of any website or online resource that is as comprehensive and easy to follow as this book.
