Teenager being forced to abort

This intention came to my parents’ parish prayer line:

In your charity please pray for a Catholic high school girl who has an abortion scheduled on Friday and is being pressured by her parents to do this against her conscience. Please pray through the intercession of Saint Gianna Beretta Molla!

Please pray for this mother and her baby! I believe they are talking about this Friday, January 16.
 
😦 Prayers for mother and baby for continued strength to choose life. For the grandparents that they may see life in their daughter and do everything to protect that life, not harm it.

This prayer request really has made the rounds! Good news and an update on this request - the abortion did not go through, but the family is still in need of prayers.

The abortion was scheduled for a previous Friday, but did not happen. Fr. Smith from the original email has written back with an update. See this post in the “Pray to stop this abortion” thread.

Praise God there was a triumph for life. Let us not cease prayers, even though they have been answered by our loving God. There is a teenager somewhere right now in need of these urgent prayers.
 
Praying for all teenage pregnant mothers and the baby’s fathers so they will choose life over death. And wont give into peer pressure to go and have an abortion. May there be an angel there with them all telling them to choose the option of adoption since there are so many women and men that would love to have children of their own but cant for some reason.

Yes, adoption.

-Pregnancy is not a disease, it is a gift.

I pray young people always side for life.
 
Lord,
I pray that this mother might be strengthened to make the choice that glorifies you to the greatest extent, and that she not be pressured to either abort her child or to give up her child for adoption, but instead would be given the resources and love she needs to succeed.
