Dear Friends,

I am being subject to horrible and painful temptations to unchastity of heart. Please help me however you think best.

Praying to the Holy Spirit to give you guidance, direction, strength, fortitude & wisdom to overcome your temptations.
 
I’m praying for you. May the Lord help you live a life of purity.

Try fasting. It helps reduce sexual desires. It’s worked for me many times.
 

**Good Saint Dymphna, great wonder-worker in every affliction of mind and body, I humbly implore your powerful intercession with Jesus through Mary, the Health of the Sick, in my present need. That M can stay in her home. Saint Dymphna, martyr of purity, patroness of those who suffer with nervous and mental afflictions, beloved child of Jesus and Mary, pray to Them for me and obtain my request.

Our Father, Who art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, Full of Grace, The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Prayer for the Virtue of Chastity

Jesus, Fortress of mankind, bless us with Your infinite graces,
that we may remain in a state of purity. Strengthen my body,
spirit and soul to continually reflect Your chastity. Protect my
soul in its daily struggles, guiding it to ponder on Your Godliness.
Defend me from the forces of evil, those that seek to acquire
my soul: I am truly Yours forever and ever. Holy is my King,
the Conqueror of sin!

And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Behold me, O my God, at Your feet! I do not deserve mercy, but O my Redeemer, the blood with You have shed for me encourages me and obliges me to hope for it. How often I have offended You, repented, and yet have I again fallen into the same sin. O my God, I wish to amend, and in order to be faithful to You, I will place all my confidence in You.
