Terra Tremuit latin translation?

I’m not sure if this is the correct forum for this type of question but we sing a Easter Offertory hymn called Terra Tremuit by J.Wiegand circa 1914. It’s nearly a century old but it’s been in our Easter repertoire for as long as I can remember. Most of the Latin I have figured out but there is one line I am having trouble with. I was wondering if anyone could translate the third line in italics? I think it means “rising up again in judgment” but I am not sure.

Terra tremuit (the earth trembles or shakes)
et quievit (and it was quiet)
dum resurgeret in judicio Deus (?)
Alleluia! Alleluia!

“until we awaken (or arise) in God’s judgement”

Obviously. So too, it would seem, to Notre Dame.

*dum resurgeret in judicio Deus *translates to: “while God rose again in judgment”.

(Also: *Terra tremuit *is “the earth trembled or shook” (past perfect tense), not “trembles or shakes” (present tense))

I didn’t see the small print, “the earth trembled”.
