I would like to thank all of the members who posted feedback to my question about God and Downs Syndrome. Though it’s about a cousin, I now have a better understanding of how my aunt and uncle must have felt through the years from his birth into middle age. They have been gone for many years now, but he’s still my favorite cousin. Thanks for all of the insights and heartfelt support. It was quite moving for me to read. God Bless! 😉

Just for the future, its probably more polite if you tag a note on the end of the original thread saying thanks, many people post and carry on watching the thread for a reply by the original poster.

Im glad you took the time out to say thanks though, good on ya. 👍 👍

Hi,

I can’t believe I missed your orignal post. I am the mother of a Down Syndrome little girl and I must say I find it more of a blessing than anythings else.I know some have trouble, but I couldn’t have children for a long time and I prayed too hard to God to feel He made a mistake. Not only do I have her but a new and happy world that comes with it. We should all be a little like them.

God Bless
Kathleen
