I wanted to reach out and thank all of you, brothers and sisters, for your prayers and encouragement. My wife, who is not Catholic (Agnostic at best), has indeed sought to be reconciled with me. She is back home.
To be sure, I thank God above all. However He has inspired many of you to pray for me (and my family) and, indeed, for all that we may all come to know God and Jesus Christ whom He has sent. I hope that all of us may prayerfully reflect on the design and desire God has in the marital union and the mysterious reflection of His Church in the home as the “Domestic Church.”
May we all come to thank, praise and honor the One True God in everything… always and everywhere. The Most High and Blessed Trinity is indeed Good and desires all to come to Him and be in perfect commune with Him… to truly know Him as He is and share in His very Life. Let us thank Him for creating us in His most glorious Image and Likeness!
Finally, I’d like to share a truly pregnant meditation for the day:
To St. Catherine of Sienna Jesus said: “Do you know, daughter, who you are and who I am? If you know these two things you have beatitude in your grasp. You are she who is not, and I AM HE WHO IS. Let your soul but become penetrated with this truth, and the Enemy can never lead you astray; you will never be caught in any snare of his, nor ever transgress any commandment of mine; you will have set your feet on the royal road which leads to the fullness of grace, and truth, and light.”
