I just finished reading the Afterlife of Billy Fingers by Annie Kagan. Supposedly she (Kagan) had these continuing long conversations with her dead brother about his experiences of the afterlife and she wrote a book about it, including many of the long conversations he had with her.
It’s absolute nonsense, and I just wanted to commiserate with someone else who also lost precious time reading it. I kept waiting for some redeeming nugget, but there is none.
