The Anti-Christ Defiling a Temple

I saw a documentary on TV the other day about the Temple in Jerusalem and how the building of the Temple will bring about the End of Days. I remember what people have said regarding the Anti-Christ and how he will defile the Temple. Is this temple a physical building? Jesus referred to his own body as a temple. Could the act of the anti-Christ defiling the temple, mean that the anti-Christ will defile the Eucharist? That is Christ’s body, therefore it is God’s temple.

Any insight on this?

There are many Anti-Christs 1 Jn 2, 20. An anti-Christ is anyone who denies the Father and the Son.

Since the purpose of the Jewish Temple has been fulfilled in Christ, it seems to me that a rebuilding of the temple would be inherently anti-christ. If this is so then it wouldn’t be sacred so couldn’t be defiled.
