Milleniarianists do believe in a literal 1000-year reign of Jesus Christ on Earth, but they believe this will occur after Armeggeddon. They hold that those who survive the Great Tribulation will not be changed at the Second Coming, but rather enter the Kingdom of God on Earth in their mortal bodies, marrying and procreating as mortals do for 1000 years before the Final Judgment. So, while they expect a physical Kingdom and that those who live to see it enter it as mortals, they would not think one could miss the Second Coming and the destruction of the wicked.

I think it’s very much evil spreading in the world that spreads an Antichrist agenda and perhaps there will be one singular Antichrist ‘leader’ but I think it’s also the notion of the actions themselves.

“Christ” means Messiah who, in Jewish terms, is the savior of the Jews. Therefore, the anti-Christ or anti-Messiah, could rightly be considered the destroyer of the Jews. We had several brutal dictators in the 20th century, but only one singled out the Jewish race for annihilation, and that one was, of course, Adolf Hitler. I believe that it is later than we think and that the much anticipated anti=Christ has already come and gone.
Hitler was very likely the main AntiChrist of the age, but according to 1 John 2:18 there can be multiple anti-Christs, so there could be others.
