Just a comment, I don’t like the word “boast” in any context. The Savior told us to teach the gospel to all nations, but did not command us to “boast” about anything. I don’t think that’s scriptural.

AND the OP is also factually incorrect. The Orthodox churches in possession of the ancient patriarchal sees can also trace their lineage (the actual founding of the Church, as well as the lines of their bishops) back to the Apostles, ie, Alexandria, Antioch, Constantinople (Istanbul), and Jerusalem.

Triumphalism is something to be avoided. We have the fullness of Truth because of God’s Grace, which means we’ve nothing to brag about at all.
