Cumming, Georgia, February 2, 2007 – Thy Kingdom Come, Inc., a new Catholic publisher, will release The Catholic Mass…Revealed! a DVD, Full Color Booklet, Commentary and Soundtrack on February 2, 2007. This original work will enable Catholics and non-Catholics alike to experience the Catholic mass like never before. The Catholic Mass…Revealed! will help all people to better understand the mass - its beauty, its rhythm, its origins and its teachings - as established by Jesus Christ at the Last Supper.
Many people, Catholics and non-Catholics alike, do not understand the depth and beauty of the mass. While resources exist describing the Catholic mass, this work examines the mass, step by step and a person’s participation in it through a multi-media experience with original music, an explanatory booklet, and a complete visual experience of the mass in a movie format.
The publisher, Thy Kingdom Come, Inc. ensured the authenticity of the work by seeking review of the written work by the Church. On November 7, 2006, The Catholic Mass…Revealed! Booklet was granted an Imprimatur, a declaration that the book or pamphlet is free from doctrinal or moral error, by the Archbishop of Atlanta, Most Rev. Wilton D. Gregory. In his letter to Thy Kingdom Come, Inc. the Archbishop said, “It is my hope that this praiseworthy effort will become a resource to help people to deepen their knowledge and love of the Catholic mass.”
Rev. Theodore R. Book, S.L.L., Director of the Office of Divine Worship in the Archdiocese of Atlanta, praised The Catholic Mass…Revealed!. “I am impressed by its potential to present the Catholic mass in a way that can inspire a deeper appreciation for the mysteries of our faith.”
