The Christian leadership bible colleges I attended… Daily demonstrated the power of the holy spirit?

The prophetic was called “getting your mail read”
  1. The vocal gifts.
    A. Word of wisdom
    B word of knowledge
    C tongues and interpretation
Power gifts
À healing
B. Miracles
C. Faith

And the other 3 gifts.

Non catholic denominations christian schools teach people his to function as a christian.

It seems that it is unusual for catholics to be taught.

I have been to the " life in the spirit" catholic training. But it doesn’t seem to do it

I thought a Christian was a person who followed Jesus.

I thought that St. Paul himself (and he ought to know) specifically stated that not everybody had ‘the same gifts’.

I thought that Christians were not supposed to look for outward ‘signs’ and were to pray in secret and that God looked on our hearts.

Let’s see. We have Bishop Barron who is a famous and wise writer. We have Pope Benedict and his works of knowledge. We have had countless linguistic experts who have translated the Bible and other theological works (tongues and interpretation). We have had Mother Teresa and her ministry of healing. We have saints like Bernadette and the miracles at her and Our Lady’s Grotto of Lourdes. We have countless millions of the ‘unsung’ quiet Catholics who both live and act their faith their lives long, my parents, grandparents, family, and friends.

Not sure what you are trying to, um, 'present here?" I’m glad you feel you experience the power of the Holy Spirit, but doesn’t the Spirit try to help you ‘build up’ your fellow Christians and work with them, not tear them down or attempt to play the pharisee, “I do all these wonderful things, Lord, thank goodness I’m not like those Cath. . tax collectors”. . .

Are you saying that the gifts of the holy Spirit are taught by people, and not given by God?
 
Non-Catholic schools and churches teach a lot of things-and not all teach this. There’s not a lot of consistency between them.
