Matthew chapter 24:26-28 26 If therefore they shall say to you: Behold he is in the desert, go ye not out: Behold he is in the closets, believe it not. 27 For as lightning cometh out of the east, and appeareth even into the west: so shall the coming of the Son of man be. 28 Wheresoever the body shall be, there shall the eagles also be gathered together.
Hi I was just gonna ask some more knowledgable people on the Bible here if my following commentry is warranted.
I always see on these history chanels and discovery channels episodes titled ‘‘the real Jesus’’ and things like, ‘‘the tomb of Jesus’’ then today I read the above passage of scripture and I felt that what Jesus said is very like unto what the false teachers such as these scientists come up with, saying that Jesus is ‘‘in the desert’’ or ( as the Jerusalem Bible 66 puts it ) ‘‘in some hiding place’’ that this is who he is refering too. what do you think?
