The Consecration has already been made. Sister Lucia herself has stated it over and over again in interviews and personal letters. Only someone so ignorant will think otherwise. It just takes a bit of common sense:
Why would a humble nun who devoted her life to the message of Fatima; who from her younger days had the greatest priviledge and blessing in the world-
to actually see and speak with the Holy Mother of God!- would lie about such a serious matter?
Yes, there are many websites that claim it didn’t happen. Nevertheless, they are utterly incorrect. They all claim ‘one bishop said this’ and ‘the pope said that’, but i ask:
Where did they get those quotes?
Are they from a reliable source?
Are they quoting in context?
And just as important, are the people and bishops they quote from secondary sources, in union with Rome?
Let me spare you time from reading such sites- most of what they say is false, and if there were any real quotes, they are most likely exaggerated to fit their point of view, aka their war against what they claim as errors from ‘Vatican II’.
In addition, they are making a conspiracy out of nothing, simply because they are sensationalists (especially those who say the Third Secret isn’t revealed). They are utterly disappointed because they expected a grand and instant change after the consecration (or referring to the 3rd secret, they were expecting something terrific that will excite them).
But the reality is that true conversion is something gradual, not forced upon.
And that’s their error of the matter: they treat the consecration as some sort of magic formula, that once said then BOOM Russia is
totally converted.
The reality is that the consecration has already been made, and Russia is gradually converting. There is much evidence for that:
One obvious note, is that Churches are opened and accessible to the public.
Public schools have crucifixes and pictures of Our Lady, and they allow discussions of religious matters,
The government allows the building of more churches.
Gorbochev once went to Assisi, even requesting a rosary.
Communism in Europe is practically dead. Berlin Wall anyone? oh wait, it was torn down

And isn’t it beautiful to think that the wall was torn down AFTER the consecration was made?
And for my personal opinion on a recent event- authorities in Russia arrested a punk band that broke into a church to protest. Now imagine if the Consecration didn’t happen, would you think the authorities would have cared if the band did that? Especially when the authorities were shutting down Churches in the first place?
My point is that the conversion of Russia is a gradual one, because it’s a grace rendered by God and handed over to them by the Blessed Mother. Grace can only be recieved if the person or nation accepts it entirely. And by the looks of it, coversion has already begun, but its not complete yet.
