Becuase not all married infertily couples adopt kids…and even if couples did adopt kids more often there are still too many kids in the system & if they can get out of the system and into a loving and caring home with a single parent I would think that is better!

I have 5 single friends that have adopted and no married friends that have adopted. But then all my married friends can have kids and do…one couple stated that if they could not have kids on their own they would of adopted.

Why give a adopted child only one parents when you can give him/her two. study shows children grew up with only one parent often have some kind of personality disorders.

And there are cases where both the biological parents are REALLY screwed up. I know a foster child where the parents were married and are now seperated because there’s drug and alcohol addiction and abuse on both their parts. Supposedly they are cleaning up their acts, but mom doesn’t go to the doctor’s appointments(this is a child with medical needs), neither visited the baby for her birthday while she was in the hospital, and mom often “forgets” her visits or shows up late/brings the baby back early. Am I using an extreme example to bolster my case? Nope. I’ve heard of much worse than that. That’s why the children are IN foster care. These kids grow up with personality disorders staying with whacky parents or in foster care with no stability.
