I helped with the RCIA for 15 years. In Utah

The best way to help someone get to the RCIA. Someone with no alternative motive to become Catholic is to speak of the Cross well. Why the Crucifix as a symbol of our faith.
If you can get them to understand why we have the Crucifix front and center in our Churches, in our homes, in our lives you will turn them in the right direction to Catholic thought.
