The Cycle A Gospel readings for the Third, Fourth, and Fifth Sundays of Lent

Does anyone else really like the Cycle A Gospel readings for the Third, Fourth, and Fifth Sundays of Lent? The Third Sunday being the story of the Samaritan woman at the well, the Fourth Sunday being the story of the blind man, and the Fifth Sunday being the story of the raising of Lazarus. These are also optional for the scruitinies with the catechumens in Years B and C.

Do these Gospels touch your heart in anyway? Do they bring you closer to our Lord?

I think they show how much mercy God has for us, and how merciful Jesus Christ is. I really like them.
 
since I am immersed in these Gospels every Lent in RCIA they are of course among my favorite passages. I think some of the richness of the rites at this time, the scrutinies, comes from the way the Church in her wisdom links the penitential rites with these gospels, as the perfectly encapsulate the stages of conversion and rising to new life in Christ.
