It might be wise to consider the possibility that this new paradigm sweeping the Church could be the way to Authentic Catholic Living. Once we are welcoming, merciful and compassionate to those at odds with our society then conversions will happen. Maybe with a deeper conversion to Jesus we too will be the cause of the lines for confession will become great again. This is a GREAT time to be Catholic! The opportunities for Grace are abundant. I hope that the direction the leaders in the Church are going is the right direction. And that those of who appear as dissinters are the instrument of bringing clarity and Truth to the world.

With all that is going on today it might be wise to consider the possibility that the new paradigm that is being felt in the Church might actually be what “tests” and purifies Her members.
I think the sedevacantists believe the same thing.

I think we all need clarification. For starters, I’m not sure how the thread title relates to the post.

I don’t find being inclusive and welcoming causes me to suffer.
And what exactly do you mean by “overemphasis on the mercy of God” being “a slap in our Lord’s face”?

You do know his “mercy is endless” and his “treasury of compassion is inexhaustible” as the Divine Mercy prayer at the end of the chalet says? How could we possibly overemphasize something that is without limits?
