Why?
Imagine you’re one of the disciples. Andrew. You know Jesus was crucified & buried. Then 4 weeks ago you heard someone saw him. Alive. Then, while you & your friends are hiding from the law, he shows up. Didn’t walk through the door, or entered through a window. It’s just one minute he wasn’t there, the next instance he was. You touched him, he’s real. You watch him eat. You watch him drink.
Sure, you’re happy your friend isn’t dead. But why else do you rejoice?
