The Genesis text itself only gives indication that they were discussing creation of man, one is reading all that other stuff into the text. But, your friend may be simply reading these scriptures back into Genesis text. Some of these texts below indicate, his interpretation of gospel events occurred **Before **the foundation of the world, that is creation.
