The Enemy at Home

Has anyone read Dinesh D’Souza’s book “The Enemy at Home…The Cultural Left and Its Responsibility for 9/11?” If you have, I would appreciate your reviews and/or critiques of this book. I personally found the book very informative regarding the causes of the present failure on the war on terror, and the causes that led up to 9/11. Please let me know your responses. Thanks.

I didn’t read the book but I have heard him interviewed on three different talk shows. I would like to read the book because I think he makes a very compelling argument. Unfortunately, his premise, when taken out of context, becomes fodder for the liberals to claim that the religious right blames them for 9/11, which is not, as I understand, what Dinesh is saying. I don’t know if there are too many devout Catholics who could argue with his position that Muslims hate Americans because of the rampant immorality in our country. The important distinction to make here is that, while we as Catholics hate the immorality itself, we do not hate the people. The book is on my reading list!
