One sacrifice, present on earth through the sacramental actions of the Catholic Church in all the Masses throughout the world, throughout time. I am not getting what you mean by separation. The sacred species are the same Jesus Christ who suffered, died on calvary and rose again. The sacrifice is the same sacrifice, a participation in, not a re-enactment of, that sacrifice. The fraction, that is, the breaking of the Bread which the priest does just before he consumes the Body of Christ is the action that you may mean by “separation”.
