The Father is greater than I?

How do we reconcile this passage along with other passages such as Matthew 24:36 with the theology of the Trinity? Moreso, how do we answer objections to his equality to the Father (in divinity) within the LDS community and his actual divinity to groups just as the JWs based on these verses and others like it?
