I know that when we go to confession or sins are forgiven and forgotten and we need to make reparation for our sins. My question is, are confessed sins made public in the general judgment?

Also, when we die we have our own personal judgment and it is then that our souls fate is decided. From what I read on the catechism, it seems that we will all be judged again, but I’m our resurrected bodies. To me, it seems that if we enjoyed heaven in spirit, we will enjoy it in our bodies as well, and those who suffered the torments of hell in spirit will suffer then in body as well. Am I understanding this correctly?

Hello,
Here is what the Catechism of the Catholic Church says:

CCC 1039 “In the presence of Christ, who is Truth itself, the truth of each man’s relationship with God will be laid bare. The Last Judgment will reveal even to its furthest consequences the good each person has done or failed to do during his earthly life”

Yes that’s how I understand your second point, but I think that when we receive our bodies the joy or suffering depending on Heaven or Hell will be increased after the resurrection.
