Baby #5, Lucas Michael, Born June 2, 2004. An absolute gift–(and born 9 months after 2003’s greatest blessing–the convalidation of my marriage!)

Many blessings to you and yours in the new year!

The birth of my third grandchild…:clapping:
awaiting the birth (momentarilly) of grandchild #17… having difficulties due to baby’s size (10#). Mom and Dad are both pediatricians and wise enough not to be in charge… so, my greatest moment is any moment when I am reminded that God is in charge and God is good.

John Paul II celebrating 26th year of his Papacy.

Padre Pio “Don’t worry, work and pray.”

The defeat of John Kerry and the almost total repudiation of the increasingly out of touch Democratic Party. Perhaps the times they are a-changing.

So many, but to name a few (in chronological order):
  • the family started saying grace before meals;
  • Green Card approved;
  • job promotion;
  • electoral defeat of liberals;
  • daughter accepted at local university;
  • wife agreeded to pursue annulment of her previous marriage.
All graces which we’ve been blessed with and are thankful for.

birth of grandson in June, 5 years after his parents’ marriage, since they were told they could not get pregnant. Yeah, God!

**I would have to say the greatest moment of 2004, is Saturday night [Jun-26], at or around midnight, at the Cathedral of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception during my Cursillo#763].
This night I finally allowed myself to believe, for the first time in my life, that Jesus loved even me.
This is the night I truly felt
Jesus’s sacrifice and what it means for me.
I think part of this was due to the fact that This very night, with the help of the Holy Spirit, I allowed myself to love me as well.

My Faith and Life have been on the upswing ever since. Happy 4th Day!
DesColores:thumbsup:
