Have you been blessed with good mentors from say age 16 to 25?
I really needed one when I was starting my career. To have the “difficult” conversations with. Like a personal trainer.
Not just good role-models but motivators who know how to challenge us appropriately.
I had a good football coach but it was limited to just performing well in the game. I think the right mentor can develop us as human beings. Help us grow in all areas.
