I am nominated as the Liturgy and Devotions Head of my class. (This is the 8th and last year I am nominated) I need advice on how to:
  1. Explain the importance of the Sacrament of Reconciliation to my schoolmates and to make it a habit to confess regularly.
I would take the initiative to provide two leaflets and guides for confession and examination of conscience, yet how am I going to explain to them about the importance of keeping one’s soul clean? Some students dislike confession for fear that the priest will admonish them, how could I explain to them?
  2. Making the LOTH as one of the class devotions and its importance.
How can I explain the importance of the LOTH to the laity? And how could it be a good source of devotion and daily prayer?
  3. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
Starting this Thursday, we will have a Holy Hour from 11am-12nn. Since their lunch break is from 10:30-11:20 am, they can pass by the chapel before the next period starts after that break. How could I explain the importance of Adoring the Real Presence?

For the LOTH, a good starting point would be the General Instructions themselves, as well as Sacrosanctum Concilium. Both explain quite well the role this prayer can play in the lives of the laity.
