Thomisist believe that the intellect precedes the will and Platonist/Realists believe that the will proceed as the intellect. Is there a third option?

Well, eliminative materialists thinking that neither will nor intellect exists might count as a third option. Not necessarily a very reasonable one, but then you didn’t ask for an option that makes sense, just for a different one… 🙂
